HR Specialist | Recruitment  

The Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for all Recruitment efforts for the company.

Recruitment:

• Calibrate with Team Supervisors/Managers on their specific needs (positions and candidate profiles).
• Must be able to come up with creativesourcing efforts.
• Source candidates from various recruitment channels
• Maintain a Candidate Tracker for reference.
• Creating and posting vacancies on various Job Sites
• Managing the company's Job Sites/Recruitment portals (Kalibrr, Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook Page)
• Invite candidates and conduct Initial Interviews with them.
• Endorse the shortlisted candidates for Final Interview.
• Administer tests to candidates, if necessary.
• Represent the company in various jobfairs and process candidates off-site.

Documentation:

• The secondary task of the Recruitment Specialist is to be in charge of Documentation.
  • Handle employee-related files and documents.
    • 201, Employee Evaluations, movement letters, salary change letters creation and filing

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in End-to-end Recruitment
• Experience in recruiting for BPOs is a plus
• Experience in proper documentation practices is desirable
• Team player
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good English communication skills is a must.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, must be able to keep important matters confidential.
• Must be flexible in terms of working hours, willing to do overtime when needed.
• Primariy work location is in Ortigas, but open to report in other sites when needed.
