Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to set up systems, install software or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support roll-out of new applications
- Setup new user accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10
- Knowledgeable in file and printer sharing
- Strong problem-solving skills in PC hardware troubleshooting
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, mostly night shift
