Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
Ensure that there are no conflicting appointments and tasks.
Take and publish minutes of the meeting.
Act as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Preparing, compiling, and sorting out data.
Maintain comprehensive records and accurate reports.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Medical, but not required)
Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
1 year BPO/ Call Center experience/ related experience (preferred, but not required)
Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
Preferably with Medical Virtual Assistant experience
Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
