Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email.
- Provide satisfactory solutions to diverse range of queries with regards to COVID-19 testing, vaccination, test result, and other projects.
- Manage all duties related to the process with strict compliance to the guidelines.
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customers' requests via email.
- Identify customer needs and develop customer service solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract
- Basic English communication skills
- Solid writing abilities
- Computer skills
- Requires attentiveness to detail and time management skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Has reliable internet at home
- Able to Work From Home
