Marketing Assistant  

Technical:

• Create and manage documents efficiently and within deadlines.
• Product and Procedure Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and procedures to assist with marketing efforts.
• Tools and Equipment: Safeguard tools and equipment to maintain a productive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee project progress and completion.
• Prepare and deliver reports in a timely manner, contributing to informed decision-making.

E-commerce and digital media:

• Create and revise product descriptions intended for publication on e-commerce platforms.
• Establish guidelines, procedures, and optimal methods for introducing new product listings, crafting content, ensuring distribution, and managing upkeep.
• Responsively address customer inquiries, enhancing their experience with our brand.
• Periodically update the company website with fresh and relevant content to ensure a captivating online presence.

Events Management:

• Prepare cost estimates for supplier proposals related to supply and services for events.
• Organize materials and logistics required for events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill event requirements.
• Create and submit event proposals that align with company goals.
• Efficiently execute events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.
• Generate comprehensive post-event reports, analyzing the outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a harmonious working environment.
• Be open to undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team.

• Graduate of BA Communication/Advertising or BS Marketing
• With 1-2 years related experience
• Tech Savvy
• Well versed in Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, Illustrator, MS Office
• With solid experience in managing E-Commerce platform
• Willing to travel as the need arises
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
