Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for end-to-end expansion project lifecycle from pre-assessment/pre-feasibility study, legal and permit, construction, and pre-ops
- Perform thorough data analysis including but not limited to financial model and operational metrics to properly allocate resources, guide initiatives and ensure high-quality experience are delivered to Vasham’s clients
- Be a process master. Constantly innovate and iterate to ensure maximum productivity in our processes
- Work closely with the other department (engineering, operations, logistics, HR, and IT teams) related to project (legal, land acquisition, etc) to streamline the process
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least Bachelor’s Degree from top universities
- Leadership or internship experience from top organizations
- An interest in and passion for agribusiness
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
- Willing to work both in Jakarta and in operational region outside of Jakarta
