- Prepare all preventive maintenance calendar
- Prepare and Execute machine cleaning schedule and plan, machine cleaning , lubrication , auxilliary machines such as vacuum , blowers and compresors , electrical and rubber rollers rolls.
- Prepare all requisition and pre requisites for maintenance activity
- Perform regular inventory on maintenance tools and machine setting tool issued to all machines
- Perform non regular schedules to maintain and verify maintenance conditions
- control downtimes by informing the profdfuction management and staff of scheduled preventive maintenance
- Administer all outsourcing repair or fabrication of machine parts.
- Maintain technical knowledge through continous attending seminar and established network outside the factory to gather skills related to maintenance and machineries technology
- Maintain safety , risk free and clean working environment to promote accident free production environment
- Provide analysis to the production manager to improve a maintenance free production schedule
- Perform duties assign from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 4 years graduate of engineering
- Extensive experience in the same field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
