Culinary Intern | OJT/Internship  

We are looking for OJTs/INTERNS for FETA MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT located in Annapolis St., Greenhills. The OJTs/INTERNS are expected to complete their internship for the length of the term required by the university/college. The position is unpaid and must be taken with the intention of earning college course credit.

The OJTs/INTERNS are expected to uplift the dining experience for the customers of FETA. We are looking for candidates who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role. We expect them to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Able to follow directions given by the chef pertaining to all culinary-related tasks 

• Familiar with basic cooking and baking principles, methods and terminologies; familiar with cooking and baking ingredients – produce, meats, starches, grains, herbs and spices, fats and oils; and has knowledge in cooking and baking equipment and tools
• Able to adapt in any given working environment
• Eager to learn and excited to work in a hands-on work environment

• Able to practice food safety practices and “clean-as-you-go” in every task given
• Proficient in oral and written English

• Candidates must possess an undergraduate Bachelor’s/College Degree or Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Service Management, or any related course
• Male or Female
• Has pleasing personality and average communication skills both oral and written
• Preferably at least 500 hours time requirement and available full-time
