Senior Developer | React  

We are looking for a skilled react or reactive native developer to join our fast-growing dev team here at UTAK POS, one of Asia's leading Cloud POS + Inventory + E-Commerce Solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing components using React concepts and workflows. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end + back-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

You should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end + back-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web and mobile applications. Ultimately, a top-class react developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development team in other web and API development tasks, as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimise mobile app performance
• Setup automations, logging, tracking and other integrations for the mobile application platform
• Keep up-to-date with latest technologies, best practices and industry trends

• At least 3 years experience with React and Firebase. React Native experience also desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript, Material-ui, Git, ES6, React hooks.
• Experience with using Git and ESLINT and creating clean pull requests using Github
• Experience of providing tech solutions to customer problems with emphasis on user experience.
• Ability to make clean UI following existing design themes.
• Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Ability to work independently and excellent problem-solving skills
• Integrating payment libraries and hardware like barcodes, printers is a plus.
