1. Provides support to Head of Control in ensuring accuracy and completeness of booking of all items in the monthly accounts.
2. Assists in loan disbursements and billing and invoicing processes
3. Analyzes, checks, submit various reports to the Head of Control
4. Handles reconciliation of clients' account balance per record
5. Checks official receipts against the deposit slip to validate the correctness of the amount
6. Performs account analysis to ensure the accuracy of records
7. Establishes the actual balances that should be charged to a particular account
8. Handles bank reconciliation
9. Generates collection report per client to easily identify the bank accounts where deposits are actually made for each particular client
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Equipped with the following attributes: Attention to Details, Highly Organized, Above average interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in Makati
