Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check e-mail daily for new Purchase Orders sent by the Production Manager.
- Printing and monitoring of on-going and new Purchase Orders.
- Create delivery receipts.
- Ensure timeliness of deliveries.
- Summarize in excel/Google sheets all Delivery Receipts and Purchase Orders.
- Return receiving copies of sales invoices and collection receipts to Head Office.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any business course
- With 1 to 2 years of experience in related field
- Good communication skills
