Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Familiarize with Quality Standards/requirements, quality checkpoints and inspection standard.
- Conduct quality inspection and testing to ensure those materials, in process and finished products and other parameters at in process conforms to the company and customer requirements.
- Reports any non-conforming material or product and hold production output in case of quality problem.
- Conduct Process Audit to identify quality problems within the manufacturing areas.
- Ensure information of critical quality issues to allow immediate correction of the problem.
- Ensure that all records of quality inspection are updated and maintained.
- Summarize and disseminate the result of inspection to concerned personnel.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Engineering Course and 4-year course but with at least 1 year related work experience.
- Preferably had worked experience in a Pre-painted G.I sheet manufacturing company or metal roll forming manufacturing company.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office operation or related computer program.
- Good in decision-making.
