Credit Collection Supervisor  

1) Improve the Credit/Collections process, memorandum and policies based on our mobile Fintech system.

2) Manage loan payments and collection initiatives on daily basis by conducting high pressure contact with past due/delinquent accounts.

3) Maintain monitoring reports of accounts handled by ensuring its accuracy and integrity in a timely manner.

4) Related overdue clients service work.

1) At least 3 Year(s) of working experience for collection of unsecured consumer loans in online lending Company or banking/financial credit collection field.

2) Familiar with Philippine loan collections industry rules, have a clear understanding to risk clients, have the ability to skillfully use different ways to deal with different overdue clients.

3) With a wealth of experience in payday loan phone collections.

4) Required Skill(s): Detailed, Result Oriented, Good oral and communication skills, Good analytical and problem-solving.
