Employee Relations Officer  

CORE TASK:

• Study legislations, arbitration decision, and collective bargaining contract to assess industry trends.
• Familiar with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
• Advise management on such matters as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment and discriminations
• Analyze statistical data and report to identify and determine causes of personal problems and develop recommendations for improvements of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
• Competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop methods to improve employment policies, process, and practices, and recommend changes to management.
• Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees, by working with brokers and researching benefits issues.
• Filing and process incident reports including the creation of final judgment and verdict to the policy violators.
• Maintaining employment policies.
• Managing issues such as long-term absence.
• Advising the HR team in dealing with employee relations issues and maintaining good relations.
• In-charge on studying and execution of collective bargaining and health and safety/employee wellbeing

• With at least 6months to 1 year experience is required.
• Graduate of Human Resources Management, Administration or equivalent.
• Familiar with the Philippine Labor Law.
