Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Designs or updates manual for anti money laundering
- Conducts training for AML
- Ensures strick implementation of policies and regulations for AML
- Monitors suspicious transactions and take appropriate action if needed
- Strengthens compliance of companies classified as covered institutions under AML & related laws/regulations
- Assists BSP/AMLC when conducting general inspection
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four (4) year college course preferably Business Administration
- More than five (5) years experience in related field is a must for the position
- Experienced in developing training materials/ modules related to the AML circulars issued by different regulatory bodies
- Has in-depth knowledge of the following:
- Regulatory processes and requirements
- Reviewing suspicious activities
- Proficient in formulating, developing and implementing AML policies and procedures
