Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in leading activities and processes related to supply chain management, inventory management, warehouse, and distribution management.
- Design and implement supply strategy to grow the business and increase market share
- Directs all aspects of supply planning, production planning, supplies warehouse & finished goods warehouse
- Plan and schedule monitoring and/or supply check up
- Prepares regular and as needed reports on stock levels, order progress, throughput and customer service
- Implements methods, practices and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain
- Plan, control and supervise efficient operations of the warehouse to ensure adequate supply, security, and waste prevention
- Formulate annual plans for the organization in relation to supply management
- Monitor acquisition and deployment of company properties and/or equipment
- Responsible in implementing standard work processes for every division of the department (i.e. supply management, inventory management)
- Prepare and execute purchase plans based on the approval of the COO and the availability of funds.
- Work closely with the purchasing office to ensure a seamless supply chain of materials
- Take part in the logistics and management planning
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any business-related college degree or equivalent education with experience in supply chain management
- Two (2) or more years of successful supply chain management experience in any industry
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft Office and all other inventory systems
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and has keen attention to details
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize projects/tasks
- Must possessed management and leadership skills
- Willing to work in Taguig City
