Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Motivates and leads a team of about 10-20 agents
- Ensures availability to affect the entirety of the team’s operations.
- Manage team by walking around and being visible to answer questions.
- Take calls that agents can’t handle and offer support when an agent appears to need assistance.
- Monitor queue and track calls. Keep agents aware of incoming and outgoing calls, calls waiting, abandonment rate, etc.
- Create a positive environment oriented towards trust, open communication and performance through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure that sales targets are met through constant motivation and coaching.
- Monitors quality adherence of agents through coaching.
- Facilitates problem solving and collaboration within the team.
- Give feedback to Team supervisor on agent performance and attendance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a call center, insurance or direct selling background.
- Flexible
- Good communication skills
- High energy level with positive attitude towards work and people
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong team leadership skills
- Can effectively communicate and relate well to people within the organization
- Excellent skills in coaching and performance assessment and planning
- Results oriented and has excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to customize approach based on situations
- Ability to adapt to the culture of the company
- Willing to work in shifting schedules.
