Summary of the Job
The Workforce Specialist helps improve our performance by focusing on the fulfillment of our commitments. He is expected to have proven critical problem-solving skills, is keen to details, has superior communication skills and has the ability to perform Need and Gap Analyses. The Workforce Analyst shall also work closely with the Workforce Manager in ensuring team deliverables are consistently met on time and has latitude for independent action and decision-making.
The successful candidate will:
- Prepare and analyze current and historical data relevant to forecasting and manpower requirement.
- Track leaves and make sure that Operations is within staffing commitments
- Point of initial approval for leave requests based on operational staffing requirements
- Redeploy and schedule projects through the use of collaborative software/system
- Provide timely and regular feedback to supervisors and managers regarding gaps in productivity
- Report gaps and irregularities to the Workforce Manager.
- Create manpower requisition recommendations based on historical trends
- Proactively provide overtime and holiday recommendations based on operational productivity targets
- Create accurate reports for Operations regarding staffing, attendance, project fulfillment and reports relevant to Workforce management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2-3 years related work experience
- Reliability is a must and willing to work on shifting schedule
- Proactive and have a strong orientation in delivering results
- Expert spreadsheet capabilities
- Proven experience at manpower forecasting
- Must have proven analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and has the ability to communicate across all employment levels (staff or managers)
- An understanding of Digital Marketing is an advantage
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such Google Data Studio is a plus
