Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Purpose
- Responsible for processing and managing travel transactions and requests in accordance with the passenger’s needs and company policy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Book airfares and accommodations for domestic and international trips
- Process travel visas
- Create payment requests and seek approval from the finance group
- Initiate partnerships with airlines and hotels for preferred rates
- Provide quotations for airfare and accommodation
- Perform other assigned tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
A. Minimum Education
-
College Degree in Tourism or any relevant field
B. Minimum Experience/Training
-
At least 1 year of relevant experience working in a travel agency, travel management company, or internal corporate travel department.
C. Competency
- Knowledgeable in travel and tourism
- Good understanding of different tourism offerings and options
- Good knowledge of travel software is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Customer oriented mindset
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with rich personal experience in traveling will have an advantage
Working Conditions
- Work within office from Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 6:00PM.
- May be required to work during weekends and holidays
