Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Includes but not limited to:
- Accurately forecasts future requirements for service delivery resources, including staff, equipment, services, funds, and time. Ensures that assigned resources are properly utilized and accounted for and that up-to-date information on the use of resources is maintained.
- Informs his/her immediate supervisor and the executive committee on updates regarding the technology assigned to his/her group.
- Handles issues and exceptions that have been that have been escalated regarding schedules, working methods, resources and staff matters, or technical difficulties.
- Manages technology vendors to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science in fields of Information Technology or Electronics and Communications
- Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Information Technology or Electronics and Communications
- Minimum 5 years experience managing a team
