Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Systems Engineer shall be responsible for Implementing, Supporting and Maintaining Network and Security devices
- Provide consultation and phone/email/onsite technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely, coordinate and update plan of activities with Team Lead and Project Manager
- Use essential job tools and applications diligently
- Acquire training and certifications related to product assigned
- Attend to client meetings and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) to clients
- Creates reports, implementation/support documentations
- Develop to be a Subject Matter Expert on assigned Network or Security product
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or relevant field
- Experience with Network or any technical/IT related field is preferred
- Has good communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work 24/7 rotation shifting schedules
