Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Follow Project Management Framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage gate reviews
- Ensure deliverables/milestones in project plans are achieved within cost, schedule, scope, quality and delivery
- Own, manage and drive assigned IT projects to their successful completion.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience/Training
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on IT project management experience
- Experience in delivery of successful Enterprise level IT Infrastructure projects including data center moves, security, application, desktop refresh, database, network and/or server projects
Competency
- Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain client relationships.
