Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts market research to find answers about consumer requirements, landscape and trends.
- Assists in developing, implementing and coordinating holistically effective marketing campaign activities.
- Oversees the development of marketing campaign from reporting to creative growth and media implementation.
- Ensures that the team had provided a good quality of marketing materials and literature.
- Develops and executes advertising programs and external marketing.
- Ensures that the information used in promotional literature is true and correct.
- Tracks and assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, digital traffic and engagement, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional and marketing campaigns.
- Meets costs standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and stakeholder-service standards.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Performs others tasks and responsibilities that may assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Marketing related course
- With a strong understanding of Hospitality and Tourism marketing, social media marketing and traditional advertising
- With some entrepreneurial experience
- With knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Enterprise and commercial awareness partnered with a creative understanding
- Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- With advertising awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Must be willing to go to Silang,Cavite from time to time
