Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage Trends Academy training facility
- Room layout (seats and table arrangement)
- PC and internet connectivity (custom setup as required)
- Projector and screen
- ACU and overall environment
- Configure Trends Academy network devices as required
- Access-points, switches and routers
- Manage CCTV system and coordinate with CIT and vendor as required
- Prepares physical lab set-up of Trends Academy courses as required
- Connectivity testing for remote lab preparation
- Assist to manage user account at Domain controller
- Schedule and perform software installations and upgrades to operating system based on the client/training requirements
- Technical Support during the training
- Manage the PearsonVUE and PSi Exam Servers and Workstations
- Prompt response to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically works outside of the standard business hours as necessary.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of IT-related course
- Familiarity with network device configuration such as access-points, data switches, routers and firewalls
- Familiarity with office tools and equipment, computer operating systems and installation of other software tools and apps
- Aptitude for technical activities
- Good communication skills to relate to customers and stakeholders. Clear, courteous and professional verbal and written skills
- Able to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions
- Willing to maintain and update own knowledge of IT content
- Able to work independently or as a team member
