Software Developer  

A Software Developer is engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle which includes: gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, responding to outages and creating application system models. Participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine, test and debug programs to meet business needs and interact and sometimes direct third party partners in the achievement of business and technology initiatives.

Software Developer Job Duties:

• Develop high-level system design diagrams for program design, code comments and clear code, testing, debugging and documentation.
• Develop, implement and maintain applications based on the requirement on one or more platforms.
• Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products.
• Maintain and improve assigned developed product and ensure compliance with the latest required technologies such as but not limited to operating systems, databases, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.

Software Developer Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in using C#.NET or ASP.NET MVC or PHP
• Background in Managing/Administering an Oracle Database and/or Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledgeable in HTML5, CSS, Web Services, RESTful API (XML/JSON) & Entity Framework is a plus
• Knowledgeable in JavaScript, Bootstrap and/or Angular JS and/or Node.js is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Mobile Development for iOS and/or Android is a plus
• Have a strong technical ability, can analyze existing code and determine the functionality
• Comfortable working on a full-stack application development
• Have a passion for the latest technologies and frameworks and be determined to stay abreast of these
• Have attention to detail
