Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for all assigned digital media channels
- Develop a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
- Implement content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
- Creates content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Integrate all channels of marketing - social media, SEO, content marketing, website and digital marketing
- Help to manage or oversee assigned social media advertising campaigns
- Maintains a deep-dive understanding of industry trends affecting stakeholders; and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy that is based on competitive analysis or data
- Meets costs standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality and stakeholder-service standards
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven working experience in public relations and digital media required. Marketing degree is welcomed but not requireed with relevant work experience
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Profecient in content marketing theory and application
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound
- Solid computer skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly self-motivated and well organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong organizational, teamwork skills and detailed oriented
