Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coach and Manage the team by ensuring that the members understand and are following the values of the Scrum framework and Agile practices, and are aware of their respective roles in the project and how they will fulfill them
- Manage and Drive the Agile Methodology by:
- managing the scope and timeline of the project (making sure that the goals are achievable),
- ensuring that the output delivered has the required quality,
- implementing changes and/or adjustments to the process as necessary,
- planning and setting up retrospective meetings and daily standups
- document project requirements, proposals, status reports, handle presentations, and ensure the client gets them and identify team KPIs (ensuring success)
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
- Build an environment where problems can be raised w/o fear of blame, retribution, or judgement
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
- Design, test, implement, and productionize processes that are efficient and cost-effective
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts and solutions to all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and G Suite
- Proficient and have Implementation experience in managing a project using an Agile methodology
- Understand basic fundamentals of iterative and software development processes and procedures
