Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides frontline Technical Support through Phone, Email, or Chat for Trend Micro Small/ Medium Sized Enterprise Customers
- Identify product problem/s, deliver troubleshooting steps, root cause analysis to resolve cases
- Willing to provide Weekend Support whenever necessary
- Proactively improves and upgrades technical knowledge and skills through self-paced learning, training, and certification
- Shares knowledge through technical sharing and training, solution contribution, and self-service participation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 1-year work experience in IT or Technical Support related field.
- With acceptable knowledge and skills in Networking e.g. Cisco, Linksys
- Willing to handle cases from Enterprise Customers through calls, email or chat.
- Good English Communication skills
- Willing to be assigned to shifting schedule.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
