These CS positions will service the local Manila market including morning, daytime, and early evening shifts - no graveyard shifts!
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year call center or customer service work experience
- Enjoy working in a fast paced tech startup company environment
- Strong customer care and customer experience mindset
- Concise and friendly verbal and written communication skills
- Strong written and spoken English and Filipo
- Responsible, accountable, and punctual
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Gmail
