Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The Product Support Representative will focus on responding appropriately and timely to email and tickets from internal and external customers of our own product which is the HR/Payroll System that was developed by our internal Systems Developer.
- Provide product support to customers via email and/or chat leveraging internal resources in a timely manner
- Work on cases/tickets according to established departmental practices
- Document all interactions following standard operating procedures
- Improve the quality of the customer experience on a daily basis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Flexible and can work under pressure
- Can multi-task
- Methodical, meticulous and well-organized
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical abilities
- Persistent and resourceful
- Excellent English is written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Can render overtime whenever needed
