We are looking for a Lead Researcher with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team!
Essential Job Functions
- Perform different types of research to produce leads using multiple channels.
- Send out initial, follow up and reply emails to leads using a set of guides.
- Completely and accurately encode lead information and interactions in the CRM
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
- 1 year of experience in a BPO or sales/marketing environment is a huge plus.
- Excellent writing in English.
- Knowledgeable in MS applications.
- Knowledge in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
