Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for target achievement and growth of transactions, revenue and profit (profit & loss)
- Research and analyze data and market insight. Search for insights into consumer needs and wants within the categories
- Drive customer specific e-commerce initiatives to grow online market share and brand presence
- Lead, own and develop the category strategy which include driving conversions to increase revenue growth, as well as increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention, through innovative and strategic online merchandising, trading and ongoing website optimisation.
- Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines
- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories
- Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products
- Work closely with online merchandiser to connect with suppliers to get support and promotion budget
- Ensure product availability
- Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies
- Research competitors and execute appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product categories
- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends
- Manage and track budget
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Hands-on experience and good knowledge in E-Commerce full cycle
- In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
- Hands on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts
- Analytical and critical thinker
- Strategic Thinking, results driven with strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- BA in business administration, marketing or similar relevant field
- Has proven record to drive business growth
- Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
