Digital Marketing Automation Manager (Email Marketing)  

• Prepare and build HTML and text based emails using a variety of tools including Dreamweaver and email marketing software
• On-going testing of campaigns to ensure continuous optimisation
• Target emails to key regions and customer segments
• Set-up and deploy push notifications across browser & app
• Be a point of contact for design on email templates and best practice
• Stay abreast of competitor email activity
• Work with the ESP to ensure that email best practice is being followed
• Assist with adhoc email marketing/CRM projects where needed.
• Provide general support to the email marketing team as a whole.

On the first day, we'll expect you to have

• HTML knowledge
• CSS knowledge
• Creating Email responsive templates
• Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Emarsys or similar
• Understanding of how to create and target customer segments
• Knowledge on running Email campaign reports

It's great, but not required, if you have

• MS Excel skills
• MS Powerpoint skills
• SQL/database knowledge and basic knowledge of query creation
• Incentivised and Non Incentivised platforms for mobile app
• Knowledge on web analytics like Google Analytics
• Knowledge Marketing Automation platforms like Eloqua, Webengage, Netcore, Clevertap or similar
