Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage store operation;
  • Give the direction to all department in gaining sales;
  • Train employees to enhance the growth of company's quality;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of property area;
  • Responsible for achievement budget sales, shrinkage, distribution cost and profit-loss.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Experience in managing store for at least 10 solid years;

  • Responsible on the growth and operation of a store;

  • Strong analytical and management skills;

  • Have well communication and presentation skills;

  • Keep customer satifscation index high;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
