Deskripsi Pekerjaan
This position will be responsible for the development of existing and the planning new location for new stores. He/She will also be responsible for the market development and productivity of wholesale stores. The person responsible will prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Extensive knowledge in wholesale business;
- Experienced in location research, planning, & opening New Stores;
- Proven experience in developing market and increasing store productivity;
- Good understanding in seasonal items forecasting;
- Ability to manage and coordinate merchandiser & supplier;
- Good knowledge in stock management and perishable item management;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
