Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Controlling Customer Service Excellence standard in assigned store
- Monitoring and following up all complaints, provide routine customer service report
- Creating internal in-store promotion program
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Journalism, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- A person with mature, pleasant personality and able to build personal relations
- Has a customer service orientation, good communication skills, and creativity thinking
- Computer literate and fluent in English also able to give training
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area
