Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responsible for development and implementation of all training programs in accordance with company initiatives and strategies
  • Oversees logistics of training including location and supplies
  • Manages and evaluates trainers' performance and the infrastructure of the training department
  • Oversee planning and delivery of L&D programs nationally
  • Strategically align training and development programs to support company goals, employee needs, and career growth
  • Design and develop programs for all areas of leadership training including role specific, general skills development, and management training
  • Successfully manage the company leadership development program
  • Manage culture initiatives in coordination with internal communications
  • Directly facilitate and lead training classes
  • Design and develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs
  • Maintain the budget for training and development initiatives

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor, Master's Degree/Post-Graduate Degree in Management, Psychology, or equivalent
  • At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Must be a strong team leader with the ability to inspire own team as well as effect change with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to plan and deliver effective presentations is a must
  • Ability to understand business issues and link results to organizational effectiveness
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
