Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Implement merchandising strategy in the department to create differentiation and margin driven in line with market expectation and the whole commercial strategy
- Foresee market growth and opportunity in order to achieve the department's goal, which are sales, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and brand image
- Promote best selling items in order to maximize profits, assess sales performance of ranges, and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Good communication skills in English and computer skill
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Job role at previous work as buyer specialized in furniture
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Merchandising at a retail company, such as Hypermarket or Supermarket.
- Good understanding in retail business and market connection would be beneficial
- Capable of communicating with suppliers and buying management (consignment)
- Good perseverance in under pressure situation
