Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Main job description is to handle exhibition event in the shopping mall
- Work and manage leasing activities of casual and tenant shopping mall
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and potential clients
- Manage outstanding payments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Economics, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Mass Communications, or equivalent
- Previous experience in event organizer will be beneficial
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably coordinator specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent for Retail or shopping mall building
- Job role in Property Leasing or Property Sales
- Hard-worker and perseverance in under pressure situations
