Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drafting and preparing all legal documents as needed.
- Responsible to take care of SIUP.
- Ensuring a company's transactions comply with corporate laws and regulation.
- Maintain permits for companies in legal matters.
- Responsible for civil war matters.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Well understood in company law and civil law is a must.
- Has capabilities to review or create contracts management.
- Excellent in English either written and spoken, with TOEFL score more than 550.
- Smart working person, team work player.
