Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
- Assist in the organizing of PR programs, events and in the execution of digital campaigns.
- Review online content submitted by the agencies for on-line posting.
- Communicate on behalf of the marketing department with agency partners and suppliers.
- Record and consolidate the market intelligence data from weekly reports submitted by the KAS.
- Update market share reports via excel using the IMS reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Intermediate to highly skilled on the following windows applications:Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Team player
- Highly organized
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
