Fixed Assets Accountant  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Fixed Assets Accountant to join our Cost Accounting and Management Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in financial accounting, inventory management, reconciliation, and expense analysis.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing and costing
• Perform inventory and overhead expense analysis
• Manage fixed assets of the company
• Prepares financial statements and reports
• Record fixed assets acquisitions, depreciation, and disposal
• Prepare monthly schedule and reports related to fixed assets
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of fixed asset tags or stickers
• Monitor and conduct assets stocktaking
• Analyze and reconciliation of physical count vs subsidiary ledger
• Review and inspection of assets for disposal
• Conduct bidding of used vehicles

• You have a bachelors degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates with CPA license.
• Relevant job experience in financial accounting & fixed management is an advantage.

Skills required:

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge or background in SAP is an advantage
• Basic knowledge on fixed asset and inventory management
• Great at documentation and detail oriented

• Has good communication skills
