Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Making a daily list of customers for the maintenance reminder routine
- Reminding customers that their vehicle is due for periodic maintenance (thru outgoing telephone calls or the likes)
- Booking all MRS successful calls into the appointment
- Monitoring and recording of MRS “show-up”; customers against the units received (UR).
- For booked, but no show, reminding them again of their periodic maintenance and insists rebooking them of their appointment
- Working hand in hand with Service Appointment Coordinator
- Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of any business related course
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills

Toyota Bacoor, Cavite, Inc. (TBR) was incorporated on January 21, 2015 with the primary purpose of selling Toyota Brand motor vehicles and parts, as well as auto maintenance services including repairs.
TBR is located along Bacoor (formerly Molino) Boulevard, Barangay Mambog IV, Bacoor City, Cavite. Its location makes it accessible to the cities of Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and General Trias and neighboring towns.
The facilities of TBR include a total lot area of 9,500 sqm and total floor space of approximately 18,000 sqm. The facilities are designed to accommodate sales volume of upwards of 300 units of vehicles per month and repair volume of over 120 units each day. Service facilities include regular maintenance, general repairs as well as automotive body and paint shop. TBR will also covering used car sales as part of its operations.
