Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Provide professional staff assistance and coordination in support of the various administrative services.
- Assist service team for paper works.
- Monitor the schedule of the team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
◾ Any Business related courses are welcome to apply
◾ Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
◾ Candidates must be positive, diligent, and willing to adjust.
◾ Proficient with basic computer operation
