Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Human Resource (HR) Officer is responsible in providing support in various human resources functions, such as:
- recruitment,
- staffing,
- compensation and benefits,
- performance management,
- employee relation,
- employee counseling,
- training and development.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree, preferably Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent;
- Work experience is an advantage;
- Above average communication skill;
- Must be driven, presentable, flexible, organized, professional and energetic;
- Has the ability to deal with all types of people with perseverance and a great deal of enthusiasm;
