Senior Tax  

Job Description :

• Assist in preparing monthly tax compliance (perform technical tax review, monthly and yearly tax reconciliation, payment, and submit a tax return, including collection & preparation of any taxation documents, if it is required);
• Assist, support, and liaise with the Tax Manager and external tax consultant in the form of preparing and managing tax audit, Ad-hoc project (e.g. Tax Diagnostic Review, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Advisory, etc), and transfer pricing documentation;
• Assist in preparing annual tax report & tax queries in collaboration with tax consultant/tax manager;
• Daily operation to review the transactions that are subject to tax implications and provide the tax analysis to the relevant department;
• Identify & mitigate tax risks on daily transactions/projects;
• Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that related to the main business;
• Maintain a good relationship with the Tax Office, not limited to supporting the company in the event of a tax audit and litigation process.
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Keep informed regarding the tax auditing activities done by internal and external parties Prepare federal and state income tax returns for all entity types. Accurately audit and calculate Tokopedia

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Tax, Management, Finance, Business or relevant study.
• Minimum 2-4 years experience as Tax Consultant at a reputable Tax Consulting Firm and/or Tax Specialist in multinational companies;
• Having Brevet A&B Certificate will be an advantage.
• Able to work in fast-moving and demanding environment;
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, able to work independently, good in communication, good initiative, effective time management, target-oriented, eager to learn and develop hard and soft skills;
• Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal and written);
• Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel, and ppt) and tax application software (i.e. e-Faktur, e-bupot, etc.).
