Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle BAU and/or ad-hoc contract amendment or new draft for CEx partners
Collect, analyze and process the request for amendment or additional terms in contract from OGP & CEx team
Managing and ensuring standardization process and control throughout all BPO contract with Senior associate and related stakeholders
Managing and update contractual tracker CEx

Kualifikasi Minimum

Legal background preferable
Detail oriented and good analytical thinking
Proficient to use Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Ms. Word
Strong communication, work ethics, ability to prioritize
Good business writing and communications skills in Indonesian and English
