Senior Recruiter  

Tokopedia is hiring for Senior Recruitment for our potential new Joint Venture. The selected applicant will be responsible to:

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment process
• Screening CVs from several platforms, hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
• Select qualified job applicants or refer them to users, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
• Providing information to users about the candidates by telephone, email, or in person.
• Identifying and collaborating with recruitment channels as well as relying on good networking to provide the best-fit candidate.

• Having experience minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment techniques & processes
• Good interviewing skill and assessment skill
• Proficiency in English both written and verbally
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
