Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Check all dashboard on daily basis (including if any system bugs is found even if its already automated)
Follow up non-responsive PIC/unsolved cases after 2-3 days alert detect it
Detect & Analyze abnormal pattern in specific location, route, or period, and propose actionable troubleshoot
Coordinate with partner control tower, and if necessary direct to partner ops field team
Coordinate with internal Ops team, monitor partner CS if any unsolved ticket / late response / no response / ticket spike

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management. Other Engineering and Economy-related majors are welcome to apply.
1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiar with logistics, business process, operation excellence, and continues improvement.
Strong analytical, administration, and communication skills.
Ability to observe, interview, record, analyze, and detect problems on the spot in scheduled site visits.
