Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Analyze the trends of Objective Key Results (OKR), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin
- Monitor OKRs, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
- Support management team and the heads of various business units and functions with data-driven analysis
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferred Background from FP&A, Consulting background, Financial services analyst, Corporate strategy and corporate development
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience
- Financial excellence
